This honor recognizes executives who exemplify the highest standards of innovation, leadership, and impact within the GovCon industry — and Tim embodies each of those qualities every day.
Tim Tkacz built Blue Sky Innovators from the ground up on a belief that the people doing the work matter as much as the mission. He champions an employee-first culture, has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for veteran causes, and now shapes national AI policy as a member of the NAIA Advisory Board.
