Fortune 100 and Growth-Stage Technology Executives To Lead Association’s Policy Agenda, 
HERNDON, VA – The National Artificial Intelligence Association (NAIA) today announced the
appointment of its first Advisory Board to help steer the advocacy organization’s vision and policy agenda in Washington, DC. The appointments are made up of technology professionals from companies that heavily invest in artificial intelligence (AI) innovation around the world and alongside the federal government.
 
NAIA represents more than 1,500 companies, with a presence in all 50 states and an aggregate market value of more than $100 billion. Its membership includes Fortune 500 companies, such as Oracle, Quantinuum Inc., HII Mission Technologies, and Capital One, as well as numerous innovative start-up businesses.

Each Advisory Board member brings significant expertise to our association as we provide transformative policy solutions to our federal government during a pivotal moment of AI expansion.”
 
Advisory Board Appointments:
 
1. Peter Guerra – Global Vice President for Data & AI at Oracle, a Fortune 100 technology
company.
 
2. Ryan McKenny – General Counsel for Compliance and the Director of Government
Relations at Quantinuum, the world’s largest quantum computing company.
 
3. Rae Oliver – Former Inspector General for the US Department of Housing and Urban
Development and over two decades in federal and state government.
 
4. Eileen Vidrine – Former CAIO of the Air Force and member of the Mark Cuban
Foundation Board.
 
5. Diane Cullo – Federal employee at the U.S. Small Business Administration; former
Director of Tribal Relations at USDA; and former Director of Partnerships and Public
Engagement at USDA.
 
6. Jay Lambke – President of Government Acquisitions Inc, an IT Services and IT
Consulting company; former President at Prism Pointe Technologies; and President at
GovConnection.
 
7. Cleve Adams – CEO for ILS, an AI-powered legal services technology company; and
Founder of the Trestles Group Inc., an investment and advisory firm focused on
growth-stage technology companies.
 
8. Joey Lauffer – Chief Growth Officer at BTI360, a software development government
contracting company.
 
9. Tim Tkacz – CEO of Blue Sky Innovators, a technology and cybersecurity company that
supports the federal government and commercial customers.
 
10. Trey White – President and Chief Technology Officer at 540.co, an IT Services and
Consulting company and founder of 2 Code Monkeys, a software company.

Since its launch in January, NAIA has grown to be the largest business coalition in the U.S. dedicated to advocating for state and federal government policies that enhance AI innovation, support American AI leadership, and maintain global competitiveness for American companies building in AI.
